Summer is just getting started, but our summer vacation (aka a 45 day trip through four countries and countless states) has ended. If you ask my boyfriend what we did on our trip he will say a pattern of walk, eat; walk, eat more, walk a little, eat a lot.
As much as we enjoyed our carbo overload, neither of us is planning to run a marathon this year, although my first hike back at altitude yesterday felt like one, and thus we must detox.
So in honor of our detox, here's a summer smoothie that has the consistency of a pina colada without the calories or the dreaded hangover.

Ingredients:
1/2 Can Coconut Milk
1 Banana
1 tsp Matcha (Rishi is my favorate brand)
Shredded Coconut
Drizzle of Honey
Berry of Choice to Add Some Color
