Summer Salad Series: Week 6

You know, sometimes I eat a salad, feel great for two hours and then find myself ransacking the pantry. Why? Because said salad did not have enough in it! 

So here's a salad that will hold you off through happy hour or set you up right for a workout without any hunger pains.

Ingredients:

Spinach for le base
Steamed Broccoli (easier to digest)
Sautéed onions (decreases oil usage/increased flavor)
1/2 avocado
1/2 baked sweet potato (I bake with the skins for added nutrients, salt and olive oil)
1/2 Nectarine (because we need something sweet)
Craisens for texture
Sunflower seeds (for salt and microscopic addition of protein)
Pepper
Balsami Glaze

VOILA!
