Smoothie Bowl of the Week: 8.2.18

Chocolate Lovers Anonymous be damned! This special delight will keep your sugar levels balanced and your cravings low. Holla!!

And yes, I definitely could have done better on the presentation and the photo, but you'll just have to believe me that it's delicious. Wilbur can attest if you need guinea pig proof.


Ingredients: (for one person)
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Frozen Banana
1 TSP Navitas Coco Powder (It's natural and ($9.00 but I've had the same bag for eight months)
Finish off with Coconut Flakes, Dark Chocolate Chips and maybe some sprinkles if available.
