Smoothie Bowl of the Week: 6.16.18

Ciao! Today I am in Rome and craving a smoothie. 1. Because I can't actually remember the last time I just ate a salad and 2. We almost had heatstoke while walking in the forum today. Woof.

So here we are- Smoothie Bowl of le week!

For all my friends trying the Whole 30 or vegan life, or have sensitivities to lactose, this is for you as it is particularly filling and avoids most allergies.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1    Banana
Cinnamon to your preference 
*Decorate with unsweetened coconut flakes, honey and berry of choice
