Smoothie Bowl of the Week: 6.22.18

Apologies for the delay! I am now back in North America, jetlagged AF and missing my nutribullet like it's my own child!

After seven flights in 23 days (aka sitting in a cesspool of recirculated air), today's recipe is all about boosting the immune system. With eight more days of travel, I want to avoid that feeling of "will I ever breathe through my nose again" or be too weak to lift my suitcase. 

This is a great recipe to keep you energized throughout the day and fight off the common plague. 

Ingredients:

Banana
Mango
Spinach
Fresh Orange Juice
Ginger
Tumeric
