Summer Salad Series: Week 5

So sometimes in life, we need a change up from green. If you're like me and food phasist - meaning I'll eat Noosa yogurt every day for a month and avoid it for a year, sometimes, you need to mix up the salad game.

So here we are - a mediterranean salad that requires some (some, not a ton ok?) prep.

Ingredients: 
Cauliflower Rice - Honestly just chop a bunch of cauliflower and sauté in olive oil + salt for 5 minutes
Hummus - Making your own hummus is easy, but buying it at the store is easier (I am however biased to Cedars)
Dill Carrots - Boil in water for 20 minutes, drain- add olive oil, salt, dill and chicken bouillon 
Chickpeas
Parsley
Chopped Tomatoes
